Dawda Stichting Gambia legt gegevens vast zoals naam, adres, woonplaats, emailadres en overige gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van uw periodieke schenkingen, verwerking van een eenmalige gift of het regelmatig versturen van onze nieuwsbrief of andere informatie. De stichting verricht alle administratieve handelingen, zoals adressering, mailen en post verzenden in eigen beheer. Mocht het noodzakelijk zijn dit uit handen te geven, dan verstrekken wij de gegevens uitsluitend aan de partij die een dienst voor onze stichting uitvoert, bijv. een drukkerij, met het verzoek om de door ons verstrekte informatie vertrouwelijk te behandelen. Tijdens bijv. fundraisingactiviteiten, bezoeken met begunstigers aan ons dorp in Gambia en andere gerelateerde activiteiten kunnen er foto’s worden gemaakt t.b.v. onze website. Indien u niet op deze foto’s vastgelegd wenst te worden verzoeken wij u om dit tijdens deze activiteiten even mede te delen aan de fotograaf. We gaan er in principe van uit dat u toestemming geeft voor exclusieve publicatie op onze website. U kunt zich te allen tijde afmelden als ontvanger van deze informatie.
